The reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because when I went to pick up my car and sign the contract there were numerous spelling errors of my last name. It was not professional at all and they need to pay better attention to detail when writing their contracts. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase from WIlson's. More

Headlight Assembly After getting a 2013 Kia Forte about a year ago, and almost immediately , I was having to get left front and rear bulbs replaced. It happened about 8 After getting a 2013 Kia Forte about a year ago, and almost immediately , I was having to get left front and rear bulbs replaced. It happened about 8 times; twice I had to come back the very next day as the bulb in question was out again. Made an appointment to get issue resolved last week. They found they had to replace front left headlight assembly which they did at no charge. I was pleased with this due to all the times spent going out to get bulbs replaced. But 20 minutes after leaving shop, my right front bulb went out. (Friday). I came back on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday to get this looked at. I am hoping they figure out what it is ; bulb, fuse, switch, assembly as it it getting to be an inconvenience to keep having to return for the same issue. Matt and Robin at the Service Desk have been quite helpful dealing with this persistent problem!! I hope the right bulb issue can be resolved definitively tomorrow, Nov.15th, 2016 and again at no cost to myself!! More

I've never purchased a used vehicle before; however, after following Mark Wilson's better used cars for the past few years on Instagram and never seei I've never purchased a used vehicle before; however, after following Mark Wilson's better used cars for the past few years on Instagram and never seeing any negative comments from followers, I thought it was time to give it a shot. Buying a vehicle should be fun; however, the experience is usually stressful with high pressure sales people that are not always looking out for your best interests. I went in on a Saturday morning, let Beverlee know what we needed as well as our budget and she found it! By Sunday i had purchased my first previously owned vehicle and to be honest I don't think I'll be buying new again. I love that there's no haggling at Wilson's and regardless of your negotiation skills, you pay the same price as anyone looking at that same vehicle. Thank you Benerlee. We will be back whenever in need of a previously owned vehicle. Words can't express how thankful I am that you made it such a wonderful positive experience. Sylvia More

Saturday morning I opened their website and someone in the Online Chat answered a few remaining questions and asked what time I Great experience. On the way to the dealership we had a call from Rod introducing himself and confirming the cars we were interested in. When we arrived, one of the cars was already at the door ready for a test drive. Rod was friendly and knowledge without being pushy. Within 90 minutes we had completed our car picked out and a test drive completed. Rod took me to Liz in finance who took time to explain the various coverage options - again without pressure. I had asked that the car be ready on a slightly accelerated timeline because of a family commitment and they accommodated that as well. Debby coordinated the pick up our vehicle and was very friendly. Taking our picture with our new car and showing us around the service department. Would definitely recommend Wilson's if your looking for a "new" car. More
