Very pleased! Would recommend Mark Wilson's to anyone! Purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from Mark Wilson's in September 2016. Three weeks later I had issues with the engine sputtering and then one morning it would Purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from Mark Wilson's in September 2016. Three weeks later I had issues with the engine sputtering and then one morning it wouldn't start at all. I had CAA take the car from Kitchener to Mark Wilson's (Wilson's paid for the tow). The Wilson's mechanics did some trouble shooting and decided to put in a new fuel pump. This wasn't the problem as the car still would not start. They kept the car for a further 4 weeks and found that a new onboard computer was required. During this time, a rental car was given to me for the entire month (again, Wilson's paid for the whole amount!). When I picked up the car in early November only one key fob worked. Wilson's paid for Audi K-W to re-program the key! Of course, I wasn't pleased at the time it took for Wilson's to find the problem, but they did it right and now I am a very happy customer and would return again. Customer service is so important and I am very impressed with the staff at Wilson's. Thanks to all at Wilson's who made this negative experience a positive one! You did it right! More

Marko was extremely helpful with other options, we were able to test drive several vehicles. Marko was very informative and answered our many questions. Great atmosphere. Reported less then 24hrs after picking up and had to fight to get it adressed and at that a repair patch is the best offered. The car is pristine otherwise I don't want a patchwork repair I want a replacement! Disappointed for a $100ish replacement and leaves a bad taste especially after purchasing extended warranty and rust protection addons. Another family vehicle will be required soon and treatment after purchase will definitely have me looking at other dealerships. Edit: Since the original review was written Karl has reached out and Wilson's has offered to do the replacement of the part. Very pleased! That's how you get satisfied and returning customers! More

amazing I had an amazing experience buying my car, As a woman I was prepared to go in and get the run around that you get when your buying a car. You know wh I had an amazing experience buying my car, As a woman I was prepared to go in and get the run around that you get when your buying a car. You know when the sales person goes back and forth to try and get you a better deal (so they say) I didn't have to go through any of that. I go a great car at a great price, the three gentlemen that I dealt with were amazing, professional and very respectful of my needs and my finances. They didn't try to sell me a car that I couldn't afford just to make a sale, like the last time I bought a car. I have to mention their names because they deserve to be mentioned, Tibor Svitek you were such a professional at your job, and keeping in mind my finances and the amount that I wanted to spend to buy a car. Miguel Juan you were so friendly and kind, I was so impressed with the fact that when I arrived to get my car it was so clean inside and out it looked like it was a brand new car and the fact that you had it all nice and warm for me that was a bonus, thank you Miguel ( I named my car Mikeee after you.) and that is a complement :) and last but not least Jeff Botter you were wonderful to deal with. You were kind and very professional but also very friendly. You took the time to explain and disclose all the information about the car and taking care of getting the new licence plates and sticker, that alone was an enormous amount of help.
