My questions were addressed immediately and in a satisfactory manner. My time was respected and the entire sales process was seamless. There were no high pressure sales tactics and no "games". I dealt with Karlee McDonald and Sarah Breese from Finance. They accommodated my needs to build a perfect package for me. Both women are delightful, competent and highly skilled individuals. Jason Beyers (sales) was more of a teacher than a sales consultant and gave me all the information that led me to make my own decision. My First Vehicle Purchase I went into Wilson's to just test drive and look at a car. I really enjoyed the car, but had a few concerns about some vibration and noise while break I went into Wilson's to just test drive and look at a car. I really enjoyed the car, but had a few concerns about some vibration and noise while breaking. When I got back to Wilson's after my test drive, I told my sales person Ramsey about it. He offered to go for a quick drive with me to hear what I was talking about. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and promised that it would be fixed by the next night when I came back to test drive again. Sure enough, the issue was resolved and I purchased the vehicle! After driving it for the first day, I noticed a few other issues I hadn't before. I called the service department, and got my car in, looked at, and fixed all in one day. Wilson's truly has amazing customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

After choosing one I liked, we met with a finacial adviser who worked to get all that she could within my budget. Two days later I was driving my new car home, with a big smile on my face!
