"Worse customer service"

- Roy

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

"Fast and excellent workmanship and service!"

- Elantra Lady

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday! They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!

"Unprofessional and sloppy inspections"

- DConga

My CR-V tailgate spoiler fell off in a minor collision. Spoiler was intact only the small plastic pins holding it were broken. Went to my dealer who suggested had to go to the collision centre. Called them several times finally got picked up, right of the bat the guy said you need a new spoiler. Went there onsite (inside of the Toyota dealership), had the guy inspected it and he confirmed a brand new spoiler was absolutely needed, and estimated $500+ parts and service. Had my doubt, went to sisley honda, had their collision company took a look. All they had to do was replacing those plastic holding pins! they fixed it with NO CHARGE! Are you goddamn kidding me??! Maple auto mall? $500+ vs. an honest service turned into $0, who do you pick?
