Dissapointed!!! I have toyota RAV4 2015 with Diamond coat windshield repair coverage. I phoned the service dept. to help me book for windshield repair. keeping me safe I knocked the mirror loose on the door of my Tundra. Asked another mechanic if it could just be popped back in ,, and he told me no I needed to buy a I knocked the mirror loose on the door of my Tundra. Asked another mechanic if it could just be popped back in ,, and he told me no I needed to buy a whole new mirror. That was bad news as i needed to leave on a road trip the next day. So I took a chance and drove to Henniger Toyota service to see if they could help me get a functioning mirror before I had to leave on my road trip. I had no appointment , they just took a look right away and determined with a little skill they actually could pop the mirror back in and so they did. They tested it to make sure it was working properly and then sent me on my way . Now I can drive safe! And they didn't even charge me anything! Thanks Steve for the outstanding service and kindness!
