I came into Heninger Toyota about 2 weeks before Christmas. I met with Theresa who guided me through the process. First figuring out what it was that I wanted, then working to make it happen. She spent quite a while convincing me that the Rav 4 was exactly the vehicle I needed and to that end she worked very hard to make it happen. There was no pressure and as a result the sale was made. I would recommend Theresa to anyone who asks. She is professional, knows the business and the product and shows a great deal of confidence in picking the right vehicle for the customer. Around 2:30pm (after 6.6 hours) i got first call saying that my brake problem has not been looked at yet and no possibility of getting it fixed today at all. When I told them that I dropped my car early morning and gave you full day to fix it, agent replied rudely that you can take your car back, no explanation why it cant be fixed today or nothing. When I went to their office to pick up car, I simply said if you book an appointment it means you should have resource available to get the work done. Agent replied again " Fine you can take your car", I was surprised what kind of people are working out there. They don't know how to behave in a situation when customer is looking for an genuine explanation. I would never ever recommend this center for anything.
