Great experience even though I was not buying yet. We are just looking around at possible replacement for our car. I stopped in just to see what was on the lot and really to start the process . Russell approached me and I was a little worried I was about to get the used car salesman canned presentation you come to expect followed up with the probing questions about finances and timelines. He was none of that. I felt more like I was there looking around with a buddy. Answered my questions and showed me a few cars options I was not even thinking about. When we finally pull the trigger I will being calling Russell first to see if he can help us with a new cars. More
