I drive by this place a couple times a week, since I live near it, but never stopped in. Thought that maybe I’d be taken advantage of just because I’m a woman and don’t know anything about cars! But I saw this giant gorilla and a couple of guys who looked like they work there were setting it up. They waved at me and kinda made fun of themselves with this giant mascot. So I stopped. We got to talking and Aaron asked me if I ever thought about doing a trade in (which I really did want to do). That was the beginning of my journey with Macneil. Jesse and Aaron and all the guys are really respectful and I felt looked after but not ever put down. Funny, because I ended up not doing a trade in, but the guys never made me feel dumb or like I wasted their time. These guys are the real deal and I recommend them especially for women who need help looking for a car! More

Purchased a vehicle from these guys and can gaurentee you was the biggest mistake of my life! Was totally taken advantage of! Their trickery on getting you to sign documentation is masterful. The inspections to these vehicles are non existant. Also be sure to follow up with your financial institute, get them to fax or mail a copy of the agreement to you. You may be very surprised to find out that it is not what you agreed upon. These guys will NOT return your calls! And if you are fortunate enough to get ahold of them they will laugh at you, belittle you, and call you a liar! Went into confront them, and was told that NO ONE would be talking to me and to get out! It takes days for you to get your vehicle once you have purchased it. And yet when you do get it, its completley filthy, and nothing has been done to the vehicle as promised. I had to take the vehicle to another dealership to get the oil change that they didn't have time to do, only to find out that the front axel seals were leaking so bad that the vehicle wasn't even road worthy! The transmission lines were leaking and other issues as well. Upon digging into the vehicles history I also come to find out that the vehicle had been in a prior accident, which was told by the salesman "It has never been in an accident before." Was completley lied to from start to finish by these guys! I could go on and on!!!! But I think you get the gist that this IS NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP at all! These guys are complete SCAM ARTISTS! Please DO NOT fall subject to their LIES, RADIO or MAIL OUT MARKETING SCAMS! More

Hey, I just recently moved here and really needed a car. But I had just started a new job, hadn't established much of a credit rating and didn't know many people in town. Anyway I just happened to meet Jeff and Brenon who are owners of MacNeil. They were really nice and put me at ease when they told me that they approve most everyone for loans. That was a relief because it's hard moving to a new place and having to admit that you need a bit of help to get on your feet. But these guys made me feel like it was no big deal. More

These people sold me a car that I couldn't plate, it hadn't been inspected - despite the dealership knowing it was an out of province vehicle. If they would have simply apologized and fixed the problem promptly and without hassle I wouldn't be writing this. Instead they immediately started lying to me, making excuses and treating me as annoyance. I was shuffled around to 4 different people, they wouldn't return my calls and were late in picking up the car. Finally they took it to be inspected after much hassle, were an hour late in getting it and days of waiting. When it was returned, it was filthy, and they had purposely damaged it. My last correspondence was with Alex who called me a cry baby and hung up on me. I never received an apology and they are now refusing to detail the car and buff out the scratches as was promised to me. I spent more than $20,000 at this place and this is how I was treated and I didn't get a great price either. Check their rating on the Better Business Bureau - they have an F, there are bad reviews all over the internet as well - all of which I wish I had checked first. Don't risk buying your car here. You may regret it at a huge cost. More
