I was turned down by this very company that put me in that financial crisis. I owe over 10k in negative equity due to them. They care about how much they can make off of you, not about the customer. I called asking them to help me, they hung up on me and straight up told me to go f myself! Buyer Beware!! More

Donavan and Dallas I dealt with Donavan on the phone first and then Dallas on the phone. I had to make a 4 hr drive to Martinsville. I phone and spoke to Dallas and I dealt with Donavan on the phone first and then Dallas on the phone. I had to make a 4 hr drive to Martinsville. I phone and spoke to Dallas and he told me that it was 100% guarantee that I would leave there with a vehicle. When I got there was told I needed to either put down $1500-2000 for a down payment or have a cosigner. I left without a vehicle. Was a waste of my time and gas money. Will never deal with those two again. More

Lifesavers Purchased a used rondo from them three years ago and when we did they payed for us to take the shuttle down to sign and get the car (we live in Cape b Purchased a used rondo from them three years ago and when we did they payed for us to take the shuttle down to sign and get the car (we live in Cape breton) then after first time car owner error number one not doing regular matinance we lost the rondo to poor care but still owe on it and they helped use get set up with a new town and country and gave use money to help repair the rondo for sale then even drove the tnc up to us . He then proceeded to make an apt for us to go see what trucks they had in stock. Got there to a very shady looking dealership. Against my better judgement we went in and took a look around first as we were there for our apt early. The trucks they had were all dented, rusting, dirty, in need of new tires and God know what else. A fella came out and introduced himself to us and let us know that even though he has no clue about our file that he would be the one looking after us because the sales rep we had initially been dealing with was gone on a trip for the day. Long story short we left with nothing. Everything they said was a lie and he had no sweet clue what he was talking about. He went on to inform us that the other fella dealing with our account is new and did not quite know what he was doing. LOL. But on the up side he said it was a beautiful drive for a trip. We drove four xxxx hrs one way for this. Sunshine is not going to pay for my gas and wear and tear on my existing car. After we were told that it was a guarantee. Stay far and clear from them.....very shady bunch to say the least. This was the Dartmouth store in Halifax. I should have read more comments here and taken people's advice from them. Never again!!!
