I purchased a used truck over a year ago, the sales team went out of there way to make the deal go through, I did nothing but sign on the doted line. When I picked up my new to me truck the selling price was lower than advertised and I DID NOT barter with them. I have had my maintenance done with them over the past year and they have found a few minor thing that needed attention and repaired them under warrantee that had been tranfered to me from the previous owner. This past weekend I was in Toronto when my vehicle started to run a little rough and was broken into while parked in a underground public parking lot. They gained entry by way of smashing in the passenger side rear door window. I returned home and gave them a call on Monday morning at 8;05 am and explained to them the rough running and my window dilemma. The service reception told me to bring it down. I showed up at about 9am and by 10 am the truck was running smoothly again and the body shop had the window ordered. I had my truck back the next day ready to hit the road again. No charge for the rough running and very reasonable for the window. They also lent me there loaner vehicle for the night at no expense to me except gas, which I would have had to pay for anyway. MY HATS OF TO THE WHOLE MACLANG TEAM AND I WOULD RECOMMENED THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS SEAKING A DEALERSHIP TO BUY A VEHICLE WERE CUSTOMER SATIFACTION MEANS SOMETHING. More
