This was my 3rd car purchase from this dealership. My 3rd experience was very disappointing. I bought a GMC Acadia,2011 with 235k mileage for $6000. I called Maroun, the owner because of our past rela My 3rd experience was very disappointing. I bought a GMC Acadia,2011 with 235k mileage for $6000. I called Maroun, the owner because of our past relationship to complaints about the transmission and jerking concern when climbing high terrain and i was taken aback by his reaction. He told me why was I complaining because I bought a cheap car. He told me he was too busy that i should stop calling me again and cut me off the phone. I had no choice than to continue to use the car I went to another dealership to trade-in the car and I was told the car is an accidental car with 2 insurance claims on it which was not disclosed to me at the point of purchase. I used the car for 5 months with a mileage of 343k mileage and wants to trade in the car for another car and Maroun offer to buy back my car for $700 that I should go and sell the car privately and come back to buy any other car of my choice at his dealership. I just walked out of the dealership, stunned and speechless. That would be my last purchase at the dealership and advise prospective buyers to just be wary….. More

Car was purchased online through a 3rd party. Car was delivered, to my house, got the keys, and they left. Started yo look the car over after they left, doors on both sides had massive gouges don Car was delivered, to my house, got the keys, and they left. Started yo look the car over after they left, doors on both sides had massive gouges done by I'm assuming a razor blade that was used to get some stickers off. Within 3 months the transmission stared acting up, won't go into drive, figured out some tricks to get it going. The rear brakes were clearly not checked, cause within 2 months the rear brakes were completely finished because the driver's side caliper was sticking. There's also issues with some of the electrical in the car. So now I'm stuck paying for a lemon that needs a bunch of repairs. I don't have a secondary vehicle to get myself to work to get this one repaired, that was the whole point of getting this vehicle so I can get to work with no issues. Not impressed one bit with this car! Nothing but a xxxxx! More
