Where can I start? Paid $660 a month for a hybrid that I bought new from this dealership and they did nothing to help me get the hybrid in for recalls when it wouldn’t Paid $660 a month for a hybrid that I bought new from this dealership and they did nothing to help me get the hybrid in for recalls when it wouldn’t start and to fix the “won’t start issue” it took month and months. Runaround for over a year. The car finally started then died halfway to the dealership. I had to tow it ($279) and it was left from July 10, 2023 until I was told it was finally fixed on September 1st (timing chain, valve, engine work $4100 to fix). No loaner, or demo for me to drive in the meantime so it ruined my summer with inconvenience for over 6 weeks. Got a call it was ready to be picked up on September 1st then as soon as I left the dealership lot it made horrible rattling noises and had nearly no horsepower. It almost died in the middle of driving it on the Main Street from the dealership. I turned around and left it running. Went in and got the attention of a salesman and asked him to come with me. Outside I asked him what sound he heard and to fetch is manager so I can figure out why I was gaven a car back after $4100 worth of work that almost caused an accident 5 minutes ago when I was given the keys and a thumbs up by someone less than 10 minutes ago. I then shut off the car, and waited 1 hour till I could speak with the manager. Finally I spoke with the manager on duty who said, “he was no mechanic.” I asked him to listen to the engine without the hood up and as soon as I started the engine, we both could hear the rattle but he said, “it wasn’t making that noise earlier that day”. I said, “so you mean to tell me that I have caused this noise from less than 3 blocks of driving?” He replied with no apology but said, “what do you want me to do?” We discussed the lack of support from me a customer that had bought a $46000 vehicle from them, and for the grease stains all over my door handle. He said that the service manager would be in on Monday, and I departed with the words, “don’t call me until you guys fix this mess.” I left the vehicle and had to call my wife to pick me up. The next day I received an email saying that my engine had a spun bearing bouncing around in the engine, and since I just paid $4100 for the engine work, they would bill Hyundai for a replacement engine. More waiting without any loaner or demo vehicle to help me get around. I live over an hour from the dealership and they are usually closed by the time I can get there. When I get the car back, I don’t know if I should keep it or not, but I will NEVER go back to deal with this dealership EVER again! More

Absolutely horrible experience with Lloyd Hyundai. My vehicle was dead when I picked it up from being services, and I seemed like a burden to them when I asked to have it boosted. Offered no support when my recalled vehicle (covered under warranty) was estimated to be in the shop for approx 2+ months, leaving me stranded and without compensation for thousands of my own dollars spent. Alex in service was incredibly rude when we stopped in to drop my car off, totally unprofessional. The Hyundai tow line quoted my a 69 hour wait in -30 and offered no other support. Really upset with the way I have been treated by most of the staff here. The service workers have been lovely but as soon as I am transferred to Tammy she offers no support and in condescending when apologizing. More

Normally don't give a 5 but the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We were given more than expected on a trade in and were given an excellent deal with extras thrown in on our purchase. Scratched Hood of New Car Went in for an oil change tire rotation etc they said they complimentary washed my car when i looked at my hood it was all scratched from a wash brush Went in for an oil change tire rotation etc they said they complimentary washed my car when i looked at my hood it was all scratched from a wash brush i would assume and my car was no where near clean! Keep in mind my car had 12,000kms on it and was purchased in February so still very new and I baby it! Went back to the service department and showed her and she said oh my god ya ok ill call the guy at Lloyd Auto Body and we will get your hood power polished it will fix that cause they look like surface scratches. Ok so I had to be inconvenienced again to bring it back in the next day and left it with them as I had to go to Edmonton. When we got back the hood had chipped paint everywhere because the power polish had removed the paint, basically it looked like I was behind a gravel truck for an hour! The piece of crap service department woman just stood there saying well I dont know what all that damage is weve done everything to fix the problem for all I know you scratched your hood up, WHAT. Lying xxxxx was now denying they created the problem and made it worse but refused to make it right after all this, hope she gets some serious Karma! Long story short wont ever go back to the lloydminster dealership will go to edmonton or battleford. Anyone who has had a complimentary wash check your vehicles mines black so the scratches were very obvious other colors wont be as noticeable! Avoid this dealership at all cost they obviously dont know what truth and honesty are nor do they care! More
