I am enjoying my sporty convertible. He was very thorough and ensured all my "must haves" were in place. The trading in of my previous vehicle and purchase of my new "to me" vehicle was seamless. He was patient and never once made me feel rushed. It took me a bit of time to come to my decision. He never pressured me at all. He even came to the dealership on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Once my decision was complete the sale was fast and efficient. There were a couple minor concerns when I picked up the car (very minor) and they were taken care of immediately. I would not hesitate to work with Michael again. He is knowledgable and honest!
