Chelsea and Samantha are usually one of the first few people to welcome and ask if I need anything like coffee or pastry. When I service my car (2011 IS250), it's always a great and painless experience. I am never pressured to agree to something I don't ask for, and I'm always informed of what will be performed during the service and what the results look like afterwards. I've dealt with Colin a numerous amount of times, and each time his professionalism is what stuck out to me. Howard showed me many of the new Lexus vehicles (planning for an upgrade soon), and I can see that he is very knowledgable and passionate about his job. He truly loves the automotive industry, and it reflects in his attitude and personality. Lexus of Royal Oak is definitely the best dealership I've been to and I'll continue dealing with them for my car needs for a very long time. More

I found the work well done, with knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to be helpful, both personally and technically. I have a 2002 RX 300 that has 427,000 KM on it and it is still running just fine, despite the New Car Light being on for several years now, I intend to run it at least until 500,000 km. I was pleasantly impressed that Royal Oak has the same level of friendly, excellent service that I have experienced since 1993, from Glen's Lexus of Calgary. My favorite thing about Lexus is getting dedicated Mercedes owners to switch and having them thank me over and over again. And service is always key to that. Thanks guys and gals. More
