The purchase was as stress free as they come, I have shopped and purchased at other Lexus dealers in Calgary, and what a refreshing experience it was to deal with Royal Oak. Friendly knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, patient people ( I probably visited 10 times before making the decision to purchase and they were always pleasant, friendly and no pressure) The delivery process was smooth and they took a couple of hours to go over all the features of the vehicle with an invitation to come back with any more questions, they also gave me a gift to thank me for my business. I just went through my 1000km checkup and it was another good experience. I was given the option of a loaner vehicle for the day or if I wished to wait in their very comfortable lounge (complete with Barrista) they move your vehicle to the front of the line. I chose to wait and when my vehicle came back it was as clean as the day I purchased it. They told me they found a screw in one of my tires which they fixed at no charge as a “customer courtesy”. I took a few minutes with one of their specialists to explain a few more of the features on my car and I was on my way. If you are buying a new Lexus or getting service on yours and you haven’t visited Lexus of Royal Oak you are missing out. I would say with no uncertainty what so ever, they are the best Lexus dealer in Calgary. More

The drive-in service experience is so slick and relaxing, as is the customer lounge and other amenities. Recently Adrian made us a pure Lexus family by respecting my budget and setting us up with a nice new NX to keep the old RX company in the garage, and Vicki made things quick and easy in the finance office. The overall feel at this dealership is so positive that I really can't imagine changing brands ever again. More

I have been getting my car serviced there for about two years now and I have never had a less than perfect experience. The car was ready when promised, washed and detailed at no charge. And there were never any pricing “surprises. In the last month I purchased a new vehicle from them and the entire process was stress free and easy. I shopped a few other Lexus dealers and asked Royal Oak for their best price. They gave me a price that beat all of the other dealers and there was no haggling, back and forth, or nickel and diming. The sale manger was pleasant, honest, and very forth coming. The delivery was great and they spent 2 hours going over all of the features of the car with someone whose only job was just that!
