Lack of Communication from the Service Provider; Radio in my Car stopped working. I took my car to Lexus RH. When I got my care back after diagnosis I realized that my Disability Permit was missing. Radio in my Car stopped working. I took my car to Lexus RH. When I got my care back after diagnosis I realized that my Disability Permit was missing. I called my Service Provider who assured me it was not in the dealership, despite my insistence that it was. A month later I took my car in as the Radio was finally in from the States. When I got my car back the first thing I saw on the passenger seat was my disability permit. The service provider had not bothered to check to find out if my disability permit was in the dealership or not when I begged him to check it. Meanwhile I went to the Police Station stood in line to ask for a new one only to be told I should go directly to Service Canada instead. Then I went to Service Canada and stood in line till I got a temporary one. All the Service Provider had to do was ask the Service Department if my Disability permit was found there; which it was. Very traumatizing experience. I will not go there again even though I live 5 mins away. They do not respect us; do not communicate; maybe it was my service provider, which they finally changed, but he is still in the dealership, despite all my complaints of disrespect I got from him. The other employees were friendly. I had a very bad experience with the one assigned to me initially. More

When I walked into Lexus of Richmondhill dealership a gentleman named Rod Roozbehani approached me and asked me what kind of car I was looking for, with what features and etc. He helped me find a car that I loved with a very reasonable price. I could tell he wasn't just after his own interests which was a breath of fresh air after the many sales reps I dealt with in other dealerships. The negotiation process also went very smoothly as the general manager Nadeer Rana was very nice and agreed upon a very reasonable price. I recommend everyone to go to Rod Roozbehani if you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and patient person to help you with an important purchase. I was very happy with my experience and needless to say I (and my family) won't be buying a car from anyone else!!! More
