I did buy a vehicle previously from Richmond Hill, and on that occasion I was very disappointed with the 'couldn't get me out of there fast enough' attitude, when the salesman at the time was going over the new car features. Additionally I was asked to give him an excellent full mark rating. I really didn't want to come back! However I did, and Imtiaz Cheval could not have been more professional or helpful. After we decided to go with RX350, he provided me the opportunity to test drive. During the test drive, he introduced the functions and features of RX350 vehicle in much detail. When I had successful test driving experience, he helped to understand the pricing model and achieved mutual satisfaction with his excellent communication skill.
