I then proceeded to the service reception area where Brian Mitchell my service manager took over. Brian is very meticulous in reviewing my vehicles needs and ensures my vehicle is serviced to Lexus's superior standards. Brian's team are masters in their craft and the work is completed in a timely manner with complimentry cleaning. Needless I am completely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Lexus on the Park. More

Didn't try to forcefully oversell. Really listened to what I was interested me to give me the package to suit my requirements. Even after sale service is great, he is still giving time and attention. Overall, I recommend, tell him what you want, budget, and trust what he says. He will give you something better than you can find yourself because he knows the business. Awesome dealership! My husband has a Lexus from this Dealer and we were going to make arrangements for another Lexus because his lease is over in April. While we were waiting for Haskell, I saw a beautiful SUV in the showroom. I asked Haskell what I would get for a trade in on my Honda van. He gave me all of the information we needed and we decided to lease this vehicle. He put a Hold sign on this car in the showroom and I drove away with it that week!! I am in love with this car and I am in love with Haskell! Everyone else who helped me were fantastic, Lazar, Antonio and Josie ( she cracked me up!!). Right from the first call, speaking with Ben, dealing with Lazar and then finally Josie, we had an amazing experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. We will also be going back here for any future vehicle purchases we make. Ben was very honest, upfront and detailed. We were sold just dealing with him. We went for our test drive, and got back to the showroom, had a chat with Ben and just his straight forward, honest advice is what we appreciated. Anyone can go buy the same car anywhere else, but the satisfaction of buying it from people who value what they say and the words that come out of their mouths, makes all the difference. Then we met Lazar to discuss the financing options. He went over our options, provided us with details of all the options that were available to us, made his recommendations and let us make our decision without rushing us.
