Great car buying experience I came in to check out a car I was interested in buying. Previously when entering a dealership I have felt invasion of my personal space, with less i I came in to check out a car I was interested in buying. Previously when entering a dealership I have felt invasion of my personal space, with less interest in what I was interested in than pushing me to buy the car. This was not the case at Lexus on The Park. Tom was very pleasant and was genuinely interested in my concerns. He spent time showing me all aspects of the car, answering my questions to ensure that this was the car that fitted my needs. I felt I got the best deal with his help. The sales manager was extremely personable and supported his staff. Amy was efficient, pleasant and again not pushy about options available. I walked out with a car the same day.
