Tout de suite j'ai communiqué avec le concessionnaire. On m'a transféré à Benjamin et immédiatement il s'est occupé de moi par téléphone et a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement. Nous nous sommes entendu sur le prix en matinée et j'ai demandé si le véhicule pouvait être prêt le lendemain et la réponse a été oui!!!! Lazar c'est occupé de moi pour le crédit et m'a bien informé de toutes mes options. Le lendemain j'étais dans l'avion à midi en direction de Toronto. Ils ont payés mon taxi pour me rendre au concessionnaire. Ensuite j'ai rencontré Ben ainsi que son directeur Sean qui est aussi très aimable. L'auto était parfaite exactement comme on me l'avait décrite. Par la suite Anthony (qui parle très bien français) c'est occupé de me faire remplir le contrat. Il a fait un super travail et il m'a très bien expliqué tous les documents. Donc en résumé c'est une très belle expérience et surtout ils sont professionnel et très rapide au besoin!!!! Ben and the sales people I dealt with far exceeded our expectations, paid for our lunch that day and again the day of delivery.
