Greg Mugford has been my service adviser from day 1 and I can honestly say that Greg sets the bar when it comes to customer service. Greg takes the time to explain what services are required but more importantly explains why it is required. Greg is very transparent in his explanations and will always try and ease the burden on my pocket (complimentary rental, breakfast, lunch or try and reduce the rates where possible). I should also mention that he's extremely accessible, as he's always connected via email. He's great an providing updates in real time and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure he makes things right every single time. The only reason I service my vehicle at the dealership and not a regular mechanic is because of Greg and his premium customer service and knowledge. More
