Arriving at Lexus On The Park, we were treated with utmost respect and courtesy and promptly referred to "Ben" Momayez. He was so very patient and honest in answering all of our questions and concerns truthfully. He then encouraged us to Test Drive two vehicles to compare. There was absolutely no pressure on my wife (even from me) before she proceeded to negotiate any available options and a fair price. Soon we felt comfortable enough to commit to our purchase. Ben helped us through with ease in every way and guaranteed a small body repair fix and a clean car on final pickup. A little over a week later we are now the proud owners of an almost new pre-owned car and couldn't be happier. Lexus service: 2nd chance was worth it. I own an older Lexus, 1992 LS400, which I brought in due to a mechanical failure in my driver side power window. After getting the power window inspec I own an older Lexus, 1992 LS400, which I brought in due to a mechanical failure in my driver side power window. After getting the power window inspected for a little over $100.00, I was told nothing could be done. This is all fine, customer service was great, but when I returned to pick up my car, the panels along the inside of the car were not put back together correctly, it was put in a way that I could not depress my power lock button and some of my buttons on the driver side door were not flush with the panel. I tried to move and push the panel back in myself but I couldn't move it, so I took it back for their mechanic to fix the issue. They fixed the problem, but then I noticed my driver side power window/arm rest panel was popped up and no longer flush with the arm rest. I tried pushing this down but it keeps popping up, but I am not going to go back to Lexus on the Park a 3rd time just to have them correct these minor details that should never have happened in the first place. These issues only occurred after they took apart my driver side door to look at the power window mechanism. I feel as if I am not worth their time and that they do not need to do good workmanship on my car because it is obsolete. I also feel as though they would treat someone with a newer Lexus much differently. I believe it doesn't matter how old the car is, the mechanic should work on all cars with the utmost attention to detail. If I brought in a brand new Lexus LS460 with this same issue, I doubt any of the panels would be popping up after having a door inspected. *UPDATE: Their service manager reached out to me and I went back to use their service centre to give them another chance. I brought a used vehicle that I was interested in for them to do a thorough pre-purchase inspection, when the report was complete, their service advisor/technician was able to take me through everything that I was concerned with and helped me make a decision on the next steps I should take. They answered everything that was concerning and took the time to re-inspect the vehicle after the pre-purchase inspection was already complete. Their customer service is and has always been exceptional. I wanted to add this update because I was very happy with the information and technical expertise that ultimately helped me with my decision on my next vehicle. More
