Very Understanding Team! I recently took my Rx350 to get it serviced and I was very impressed by this manager's concerns and understanding of my situation. Initially I thought I recently took my Rx350 to get it serviced and I was very impressed by this manager's concerns and understanding of my situation. Initially I thought I just needed to get the car serviced for minor issues, but the dealer informed me that I my tires actually needed to be replaced due to it being embedded with a screw. Unfortunately given the cost of replacing it all at once, I was hesitant to get both services done, however Abid and Brian were extremely generous and really helped to make the situation better. I really appreciate both of their efforts. I am grateful to know that I walked into the correct dealership after experiencing the best customer service from this team all year round. More

Initially, we were car hunting on auto trader and saw a 2013 RX 350 that caught our attention. Looking to go test it out, i gave lexus on the park a phone call. Felicia picked up the phone and told me the car im looking for is sold out but they have an fsport lexus 2013 rx available. I visited the website for that dealership and realized that this car is better than the one i was initially calling for. I left my house around 530pm on a snowy night. took me almost two hours to get to the dealership and when i got there, Stavroula told us that they are very busy and she will try her best to find us a sales associate. in the mean time, Stavroula tried her best to help us out even though she was a receptionist. AJ freed up and attended us ASAP. we went on the test drive and he understood everything we are looking for in our future vehicle. Almost closing time, AJ tried his best to get us a good price and a bang for our buck. We went back and forth with AJ until he brought his manager Sean involved. Sean and AJ both understood our pathetic experience from downtown lexus and worked out a suitable price with us with tons of services and add ons. price negotiation was not an issue on this pre owned vehicle.
