Honest, straightforward and most important he will do everything that he promised. He totally changed my perspective of buying a car from a dealership. Simply the best experiencing that i have ever had. My wife and i want to thank you for all the help and you will have me as a lifetime customer....The only "complaint" that i have is that i was never offered a booth or office to sit down to negotiate the price when buying two cars from him in three month. LOL...(We just trust him so much, no need even to talk about the price) More

I had a horrible experience. I bought a new LX570 from them. I gave them a certified draft and he would not confirm a pickup date for me. Horrible experience. You wait so long fo I bought a new LX570 from them. I gave them a certified draft and he would not confirm a pickup date for me. Horrible experience. You wait so long for your car and then they hold your cash for a week without any explantions. They claim to attempt contacting your bank and then don't contact them and Lie to your face about their company policy. The worst experience ever buying a car! Stay away from Lexus on the park as long as this Trever guy is the sales manager. Should be fired for how he treats customers. More
