I had no intention of buying a car when I went into the dealership, however, Nick was so informative and pleasant that I was surprised to leave the dealership having bought a new car. There was no pressure at all & we were able to come to an agreement on price & trade in fair to both parties. On delivery, Nick went through the entire car setting up everything to my liking and has made sure everything has been running smoothly since. When ever I need any service, Nick has arranged a loaner, even lending me his own car, if none was available from the dealer when I wanted. I feel Nick has always gone above and beyond to deliver service to keep his customers satisfied. More

After having some trouble with my Lexus, Mark took it upon himself and fixed the issue. He would call me and ask how things were or if the trouble was still there.
