Kevin was able to get the car in, assessed, fixed and out the door, just before closing on Friday, so I could have my car for the long weekend, which was much appreciated. Outstanding, well trained professionals,who care! My wife and I just bought a Lexus from Lexus on the Park. The staff and management made us feel like royalty! They were professional and courteous and respectful. When we first went in, we talked to Thomas Homewood who was looking after another client. We started asking questions while he was on his way to help out his client. Instead of blowing us off, he listened and then kindly referred us to another sales rep, Ben. Even after that before we left for the day, he checked in with us twice to make sure everything was Ok and we had all of our needs taking care of. Our sales rep, Mr Benjamin Momayez went out of his way to accommodate us and to help us with all inquiries and concerns! He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything in terms we could understand. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and always made sure we were comforter able and had our coffee filled up. We kept him running, and even after we bought the car and had questions the next day or two, he looked after us asap! Lexus Sales Manager, Sean Johnston, along with Ben, worked so hard to help us get the best price for our trade in and then also looked after all the paper work involved with it. All we had to do is cleanout our old car and sign a few papers and off we went in our new vehicle. The extra touch of a full tank of gas was not expected, but much appreciated! Kathryn Haskins and Penny were outstanding and patience with us in explaining the benefits of extra warranties, and along with their very warm and friendly attitude, made us feel like family! Alistair Baxter the GM made sure we had all of our needs taken care of. He personally showed me around the place so I knew where everything was for the time when I need my car serviced and snow tires. He made sure we had all of our needs looked after. everyone is so good at remembering our names!
