A Failed Quality Control & Slow Action to resolve Problems! Battery of new 2018 RX350 found dead at the delivery moment and replaced prior to delivery. It was terrible moment for me and my wife, not to recall again. It is a human error to be forgiven, but it is also a critical failure in quality control process of the COMPANY. It is not clear yet which department of the company is responsible for the problems happening in the delivery process. Nobody cared this matter until it is raised to the top management and my Reviews is submitted to this DealerRater.ca. Ms. J Allen, delivery specialist, at around 11 AM on March 31, guided us to delivery room where RX would be parked, but no signals back . She jumped around in the room and outside yard for 10 more minutes w/out success. Then IT was located by number plate in the room. Josie said remote key might not be right one. After about 30 minutes, a door was opened manually by a technician and engine started jumped by the charger. RX was taken to Service to replace battery. All in all, we were told new battery was worn out during Easters because the staff in charge left for Easter Holidays with room lights on and also the doors open. Today, inspection and tests were made for the vehicle and its charging system by Service, we were told it is OK. Thanks to the Service ! More

After visiting 4 Lexus dealership for a vehicle of our liking RX 350 Sports 3, we ended up at Lexus on the Park, We were to Meet Weidong Wen, who did an awesome job in explaining the vehicle with the Drive test. We agreed upon a Purchase number and were greeted from John Desousa and Stefani Kossingou who took over for rest of the details of Financing. It was the most warm welcome we felt compared to the other 4 dealership we visited. The paperwork was swift and never did we feel pushed or rushed. After a few days we went to pick up the vehicle and met with Rene Dhinsa Vehicle delivery specialist, who walked us through all the features of the Vehicle and kept asking if we needed more clarification or questions, he took his time and we are now enjoying our new vehicle. This is my 6th vehicle the other 5 were " here is the keys and the vehicle is in the parking lot, see you.
