Kind, courteous and professional are just some of the reasons why I have referred Nick Bales to my own family and friends who have purchased at least 15 vehicles from him. What sets him aside from other agents that I have encountered is that he listens and is very patient to the customer before, during and even after the transaction. All in all , a great experience from start to finish and this is the reason why I keep returning to Lexus on the Park. I find that Nick goes the extra distance and goes above and beyond what any other agent has ever done for me. Not only is he knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles, he is most knowledgeable about competitive makes and models, which makes it very easy for us when we compare other types of vehicles that we have interested in.
