It has been very disappointing overall. Had a 2006 rx350 service was good and quality was good. You trusted this dealership and felt good. Now you feel deflated from overpriced service to wondering what you got ripped off for thos time. Now for this car 2022 both service and quality is terrible. Car is 4 years old already has rust on the door. Will always give lexus a chance from regular maintenance to repairs but have been let down continuously from price to time to wait. The dealership does not match up with the claim customers come first. Took my car 6 months ago for oil change was told i needed to replace the brake fluid. 6 months before got it done allegedly at lexus was told it was dirty. The trust is more than gone in this stealership. SO had to pay 350 to change fluids in 6 months. Just took me 2 cars later to see what it really is. It is unfortunate but it is what it is. Sorry to be a nuisance to get a tire repaired at the place that i bought it. Fortunately kal tire can have it done and I'll be out in an hour. There are ALOT of less than 5 stars then in recent years so it is evident that others feel the same. Too bad they are beautiful cars though but service is the other half of the equation and lexus of edmonton definately falls short.

Good Day Evan, I need to bring you up to speed on recent developments: -Global Warrany said that one of the parts needed for this present repair job is not under their warranty coverage, and the other part 'does not appear to have coverage' as well. I couldn't handle the 'putzing around', so I paid for the job up-front to the tune of $3,677.97. Just so you know, the last time I paid up-front, I had to wait almost three months to get a refund from them. -I made an attempt to meet/chat with the dealership owner a few minutes ago, and the receptionist said that they would have him call me on Monday. Again FYI, this is my third attempt to speak with him; the last two times I came into the dealership in-person, and was directed to department managers. I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER!!
