Our First Toyota My wife and I recently purchased our first Toyota vehicle. It was 2013 Rav4. It was the August long weekend and I saw the Rav4 while on searching onli My wife and I recently purchased our first Toyota vehicle. It was 2013 Rav4. It was the August long weekend and I saw the Rav4 while on searching online. On Sunday we drove down to the lot to take a look at it. When we got home I dropped a note to the dealership expressing our interest in the vehicle. I was very surprised when Mark contacted me back as I was not expecting to hear from anyone until the long weekend was over. We made arrangements for me to come down and take a test drive. The next day my wife came down and saw Mark for her to also take it for a drive. If both of us had not agreed that we were pleased with the test drive then we would not pursue it any further. Obviously our expectations were exceeded. It was a pleasure for both of us to meet and work with Mark on finalizing the transaction. His style, patience, ability to explain the details of the vehicle, and his sense of humour made for a very positive first time Toyota experience for my wife and I. Just Awesome! If something can go run it will, right? And of course on transport a rock hits the wind-shield but they went out of their way to hold the vehicle till If something can go run it will, right? From little stuff such as Tacy dropping me off at work, or taking my vehicle where it needed to go while I was at work and the awesome staff picking me up to the big stuff like price matching and making sure I got exactly what I wanted they covered everything from A to Z. All the staff was friendly Will look there again before I look anywhere else next time I need a vehicle. Plus the leasing payments were really good compared to similar priced vehicles elsewhere, maybe it was a promo but I didn't mind. :D More

When we walked into the dealership and were looking at the cars, Jorge came out of his office, introduced himself and showed us the different models they had. I settled for the Highlander and even went for a test drive. He was very knowledgable, professional and was not pushy like other salespeople. His line was open for me to call regarding any questions, clarifications, or problems. He is an excellent salesman that I would want to deal with again. Tim passed by the office and was friendly while talking to us. Rahim handled the paperwork quite well, we were able to work out a comfortable payment plan and he was professional at all times. Everyone was friendly to us including the people at the service department. There was this guy who even gave me a marker to draw a "smiley face" on my windshield (sorry I can't recall his name.....but he has a twin brother who works in the same building and he is a musician/singer.....) They are just happy, nice, people to deal with. Megan already called me to remind me of my first oil change and she is very professional and friendly.
