Awesome Experience-Amazing Cars! We had such an amazing time at Toyota. We never felt pressured, actually on the contrary, we felt like we were family! Tim was amazing at setting us up with someone who was perfect for our needs, and Rahim was the most amazing financial advisor we could have asked for. I not only recommend Toyota, but I know we will be lifelong customers there. Not to mention we are in love with our 2014 corolla! It's a dream ride. More

Buying Our Toyota Tundra We traded our 2010 Ford Explorer for the 2010 Tundra. The truck is great. Making the deal was harder. We agreed on a price and the winter tires and We traded our 2010 Ford Explorer for the 2010 Tundra. The truck is great. Making the deal was harder. We agreed on a price and the winter tires and rims were to be included. However, although they could find the tires they finally had to say that there were no rims. We still accepted the deal, albeit with some reluctance. Then time came to register the truck, so on May 29th we drove to Pincher Creek. No-one had told us that it was an out of province vehicle and therefore needed an out of province safety. We called the dealership to advise of our dilemma, and Rahim stated that although an out of province safety was done, no one had given us the paperwork, so he would fax the paperwork, and mail the original to the Pincher Creek Registry Office. We waited. Forty minutes later we called Rahim again. He again said he would fax it. We waited again and when we phoned once again to inquire about the status of the fax we were told they could not resend it as the mail had already been picked up. We're not sure why we weren't called to advise what was going on. We returned to Pincher Creek again on June 3rd. Still no out of province safety. It is not convenient and we now have to make a third trip to Pincher Creek to try and register the Toyota. For all our troubles Rahim has offered us a car wash the next time we are in Lethbridge. With his professional, gentle, low-pressure manner, Jorge easily & expertly explained the differences between the two vehicles and gave me the confidence to know that I was making the right choice. Rahim was the icing on the cake that made the entire experience that much sweeter - his friendly, easy going, professional manner made the financial paperwork so simple and stress-free. I picked up my new car today and was given a tour of the service department so that I know what to expect when I come in for the first oil change, and Jorge thoroughly went through every single thing on the vehicle, including setting up my phone for me on the Bluetooth! I just happened to be there when the guy that won it in the "roll up the rim" contest and stopped by to drop it off as he was going to sell it back to the dealership and use the money to go to school. What a great car!! The sales person named Jorge Garcia was relaxed and did not pressure me to purchase and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. The dealership explained all my options for lease or purchase and left the choice to me. I am very happy I walked into the dealership that day and that my timing was so perfect!! Business manager Rahim was helpful in moving the financing forward with competitive Toyota interest rates. This all happened within a day, including the extra options being installed, very impressive. I'm super pleased with the new Toyota Tundra and am happy to continue driving the brand! More
