Please refer to my response to your previous review. Hi Jessina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to help us improve. I have carefully read your feedback and documented your interaction both with myself and your sales rep. allow me to elaborate on the issues you pointed out. - You mentioned you spoke to a salesperson on the lot and the vehicle of your interest was $41,700. I can assure we don't give exact pricing unless it is written on the bill of sale. - You mentioned that we continued to question you. I do apprecite the honest feedback here. Our sales process is built to accomadate our customers with saving time and money by finding them what the customer wants. Now we understand this may work for 9/10 of customers we also expect some customers may have a diffuculty understaning our process. - You said you have 3 other dealers who have contacted you with the vehicle you want. I am genuinly curious to if you have been offered exactly what you want yet somehow still did not make the deal? - Trade Value. You mentioned your trade with very detail however you did not mention the fact that your 2011 Ford Escape with over 210,000 KM has had the following claims: 2012 Claim: Mescellaneous $5,955.00 2014 Claim: Collision $1,736.31 2021 Claim: Collison $1,365 Total claim $9,056.31 I don't think it is fair for you to critisize the trade value when you are not disclosing the full details of your trade. you disclosed $3,000 damage on the appriasal sheet. with respect to your privacy we don't want to upload all those documents here however I would be happy to discuss all this in person with you as well. You claim that we did not do anything with your trade yet somehow we have this much information on your trade? - Price of the vehicle. You were frustrated that the vehicle was not $41,700 that you claim that my salesperson said? I understand you may have a number in mind however the number we presented to you on an officail bill of sale was $44,140... We take all feedback seriously, including yours, and strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. While we understand your frustration, we must respectfully disagree with your assessment. However, we regret that your experience fell short of your expectations. we wish you all the best and hope you find the vehicle you are looking for at your desired price.
