Pretty poor experience all around. Fresh salespeople trying to fumble through the process. General sales manager Brennen has no care at all for customer needs and concerns. General manager Michael is very abrasive and not super friendly. Backed out of a deal here due to concerns with the vehicle that were not addressed at all when brought to Brennen’s attention and our time being wasted from out of town. Claim they are keeping our $500 refundable deposit. Never responded to my email days after sending. My next stop? AMVIC. Your next stop? Hopefully not Lethbridge Kia, I assure you there are MUCH better dealerships in town. More
