One Car didn’t pass Saftey and then say we broke the truck but doing something stupid with it. Bobby yelled in our faces and was very scary and rude. One of the sales guy lied to us and and pretended to be the owner. We still have her been allowed to speak to the actual owner of Garston/Lebada Motors! More

They allow cars off the lot without being thoroughly looked at but will not take responsibility for their short comings Instead they blame and shame the customer. I took th for a great experience buying my new vehicle. I called Ash and explained my situation, when I got there he had a couple of choices for me. I took them for a test drive and chose my Chevy Equinox. After helping me to get my payments where I needed them, all I did was sign some papers and a couple days later drove away in my new vehicle. Everyone there is so friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need. I highly recommend Lebada Motors! More

All things that would not pass an ministry of transportation Ontario safety. And could cause a wheel to fall off and plates being pulled if checked by mto. More

They told meit is normal and said it's a bigger engine that makes bigger noises. The noise eventually turned into a knock and loss of power, called lebada motors told me to take it there. Dropped it off and lady at front desk told me to not tell the warranty company about the preexisting problem. Of coarse the threw red flags. I went home called omvic, the insurance company told them what they said. Witmer auto called back saying I need a new motor and it will cost close to 11000, and warranty only covers 5000. I Called lebada motors the receptionist answered fist question I asked was, does the owner of lebada motors own Whitmer auto she said yes and ask why?. I asked why the lady at Witmer auto told me not to the warranty company about preexisting problem she hesitated, and asked if I could hold, so I did after a minute or two I was transferred to someone else at lebada motors, kinda confused why. Told the staff person there my problem ,and they asked me what I wanted them to do about saying they are seperate from Witmer. When I called Witmer and asked why she told me not to tell the warranty company about existing problem she denied it and said she told me "To make sure ii tell the warranty company about my problem I am having". I'm assuming when I was on hold the receptionist at lebada called Witmer and told her to deni what she told me. I went into the shop with my sister as a witness I asked if the truck was safe to drive and she said yes it's just a little rough. I then asked for a print out of the troubleshooting statement from April when I took it in original. She had to phone someone. Then told me she would email me the file. She didn't email me a file she wrote a unprofessional email. No service tech name ect. They said they can't give that information to me. Then received emails as to when I was picking truck up as it was in the way. And if they would have to move it, it would be at my expense. I then took it to the GM dealership, I pulled out and my trucks engine light started flashing, and that to me says the truck isn't safe to drive. After I dropped it off at the GM dealer they told me they found rags full of oil under my hood. I then received a quote to fix truck for under 5000. I have emailed Witmer telling them they left rags under my hood and could have caused more damage. They have not responded. More

It was safetied and she purchased the extended warranty. On December 20th she was having issues with it. It was losing power and having acceleration problems. She took it to the dealer who sent her to the mechanic that did the safety. They took it for a test drive and told her she had gone over a bump and all the transmission fluid went to one side and to drive it and it would be fine. She didn’t even get it out of the parking lot and had to take it back. Long story short, her transmission went and now it’s at the transmission repair shop. Her warranty will cover $3,000 but she will be on the hook for another $1,000 plus the $250 she spent to get a rental car to come visit us at Christmas. She only had the car for 41 days and has driven it less than 1,000kms. Mom lost her husband in March and she has a tight budget. She went to the dealer and both my Aunt and I called, and they will do nothing. In fact, for the most part they are rude and abrasive and one employee even hung up on my Aunt. They told me it is unlikely we will hear from the owner whom we emailed and left a message for. It seems with this dealer customer service ends at delivery. After they do not care once the sale is done. In Ontario used cars purchased at a registered dealer have to be fit for their intended purpose for a reasonable amount of time. I don’t think any person would consider 42 days and less than 1,000 kms a reasonable amount of time. I am disgusted they would not even entertain a conversation about helping her and paying for the rental and difference between what the warranty covers and the rental. Even worse that they would do this to a senior widow on a tight pension is just horrible. Please please please be careful if you are buying a car from this dealer. More
