Amazing Experience I recently had the pleasure of dealing with London City Mazda, and after having such problems with the last dealership I dealt with, I was hesitant to I recently had the pleasure of dealing with London City Mazda, and after having such problems with the last dealership I dealt with, I was hesitant to deal with another. However, from the minute I walked in the door I had nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish. I had Billy walk me through my car from start to finish, and when I purchased the car I had Peter come and personally welcome me to the Mazda family. When my car wasn't ready on time, Peter made sure to rectify the situation to ensure I would still enjoy my "new car Friday"; Billy stayed after work on a Friday night to deliver the car to me in a different city. I'm so glad I stepped foot into this dealership. As someone who works in customer service is rare to see others who excel in it, but this dealership definitely cares about their customers. Nothing can be farther from the truth with London City Mazda. From the second I was greeted in the service bay, until all vehicle service was completed and the keys handed back over, my customer service experience was nothing short of awesome, and all my expectations were greatly exceeded. Dan Head, Kim Lesmeister, Dave Deweerd, and Stephanie Vav Bommel all put the customer's needs first and foremost, and went well above and beyond to get all the needed repairs done in a timely fashion. Dan made a point of calling me to keep me up to date on the repair status, and when all was said and done, took the time to review each and every line item on the invoice with me. We already have two Mazda vehicles and getting another one is the best decision we made. Jasmine was very patient with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We test drove three vehicles, the last one being the CX-9, and it was a unanimous decision. In our hearts, Mazda is still no. 1. Jeff made every effort to keep us in the Mazda family. He provided us with the best reasonable rate and made sure it fits our budget. Mallory went through the financing aspect in a breeze. Quick and stress-free. In just 4 days, we got our CX-9! Both went out of their way to try and help solve my cars issues, unfortunately the cars sensors were giving off signals that were vague as to exactly what was wrong. Fortunately Jason was honest as to the fact that there could be a few different things wrong and in order to find out which there would have to be some expensive detective work that in the end may not amount to a complete answer or resolution. We both came to an agreement to wait and watch for more definitive signs and symptoms of the cars malfunction (as safety was not an issue with this particular problem). Kim was also helping to steer me around the urge to jump at whatever i might think would be the easy fix, she advised caution at throwing money at the problem hoping something would stick. She obviously wasn't interested in just helping me rack up a big bill for what might have been a minor problem. Thanks to both for their help and guidance in dealing with the reality of repairing highly sophisticated cars by talking me down from spending money i didn't need to on a solution that was unclear given the information available (at least at that point). In the end the problem became more pronounced and thus easier to zero in on. I was then able to take it to my dealer when i returned home to New Brunswick and he was able to pinpoint the problem and a definitive repair solution. D.K More

I am often reticent to deal with salespeople because of their mandates to push their products and the manner in which they do this but dealing with Billy was a refreshing and positive change from the car salespeople I have dealt with over the years. He was upbeat, not pushy and was committed to getting me the best deal possible. Keep this guy around! I was quite impressed with the way this dealership is run. I will recommend both the dealership and Billy to others. More

Great to work with Billy was an awesome sales agent to work with. Cordial, friendly and not aggressive. After finding the one I wanted I proceeded to deal with Craig and Mallory to get approved. Unfortunately I wasn't approved for the vehicle I wanted but Mallory used her magic and got my approved for a brand new 2015 Mazda 3 and I couldn't be happier. Every time I stopped by to check out the progress or see what options were available Craig was happy to pass on information and ensure that things were in good hands. Over all my experience at Mazda was an amazing one and will/ have highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! You guys outshine the competition around. More

When I entered the building, I told the girl at the reception desk that I wanted to speak with one of their finest salesperson! She introduced me to Billy Hall. Sharing with him was so easy, so open, so honest....he is a very patient, kind, loving, gentle man! I felt he wasn't just selling a vehicle, he was looking out for our best interest. After a few test drives I came home and got my husband. Earlier that day we had written a list of all the dealerships in London we wanted to visit. But after our encounter with Billy, we truly felt no need to look any further!! We were introduced to their Mazda family and felt a genuine heart energy amongst them all!
