Bought a Certified Kia 2023 Sportage EX Hybrid on May 22/2025 for ~$40,000. We had looked @ all the dealership photos, visually inspected the car, & took it for a test drive. Spoke with 3 different "salesmen"(CHABEL, AZIZ, EREN) during the transaction. 20 MINUTES after leaving the GROUPE LALLIER KIA DE LAVAL, "THREE" yellow safety warning lights appear on the dash. Immediatly called them, said THEY knew about the issue BEFORE MY PURCHASE, & they Completely deny any wrongdoing or responsibility with the issue. THIS IS 20 MINUTES AFTER PURCHASE! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE....after just buying a $40,000 KIA SPORTAGE. DECEITFUL +++ BE VERY CAREFULL. REGRET DEALING WITH GROUPE LALLIER KIA DE LAVAL. 🤨 More
I don't usually leave bad reviews. not my nature. I had a Horrible experience there. I negotiated a 2026 Kia Sportage EX with Tristan. We physically sat in the vehicle, toured it, and not my nature. I had a Horrible experience there. I negotiated a 2026 Kia Sportage EX with Tristan. We physically sat in the vehicle, toured it, and he confirmed it was the only one of its kind on the lot and that it would be mine. We went inside, agreed on a price for that exact model, and proceeded with the credit check without issue. When I returned for delivery, they tried to hand me a lower model, not the one we agreed on. No explanation, no transparency — just a complete switch. This is textbook bait-and-switch and completely unethical. To make matters worse, the sales director arrived aggressive, defensive, and dismissive — trying to convince me I was wrong even though I had pictures and videos of the original car. Zero tact, zero accountability. I walked away deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What happened to honesty and respect in a sale? More
