Connor Fairbrass was a good salesman but once he got the sale that was the end of good customer service. Was supposed to call us a couple days after sale but he never did. I had a problem about 6 weeks late sale that was the end of good customer service. Was supposed to call us a couple days after sale but he never did. I had a problem about 6 weeks later and emailed him, waited a week…he never answered, email again, he gave some excuse. Then he said he would help me with the problem and he failed to respond, again excuses. Finally, was supposed to make service appt for me and he never did. I ended up calling service myself. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t buy a car from him again ever. Service department is good though. More
