Make sure I was going to trade in my escape and buy a 2012 Dodge Journey. I am glad I backed out. I wasn't treated professionaly by the owner of the dealership. Also this vehicle is 6000 cheaper at any other dealership. Also they wanted to replace my tone ring for 600 and my steering column for 1500. I got it done way cheaper somewhere else. My tone ring didn't need replacing. Sometimes when you get dirt into it it will affect your ABS. I think I learned shopping around is important. Oh but sales rep Bobby is a really good guy I thought. Bryan is someone we will deal with again in the future. He then sent us over to Alyssa Brownlee for the financial part who again was amazing and friendly to deal with. She was very helpful with warranty, finance etc....she also was amazing with our children and remembered it was our daughter's birthday the day we picked our vehicle up and had a some bling for her special day.
