Service department was great! I live near Chicago and was coming up to Kitchener to visit family when my F150 encountered an issue. Not only was the staff EXTREMELY friendly they understood the urgency of getting my truck back on the road so I could get to work by Monday. It ended up being a throttle body and the nearest one was in Toronto. Not only did your staff get the part, but it was ready by Saturday morning! I just could not be happier with the service that was given. If I lived in Kitchener or Canada for that matter, you would get all my business!
