Had my truck in multiple times for the same concerns. I have a concern with my navigation sync system it has been in multiple times,I have video of the concern, that I have shared still it has not been I have a concern with my navigation sync system it has been in multiple times,I have video of the concern, that I have shared still it has not been resolved also my transmission has a bump when coming to a rolling stop or complete stop, the mechanic has felt it and they still say that there is nothing wrong with it. That concern was not there when I bought the truck it is something that has developed, the problem with the transmission IS NOT NORMAL if i felt that when I was test driving F150’s when I was in the market for a new truck I would not of bought it. I talked to my salesman and I drove a used F150 with 90,000 km and the bump was not present in that truck so obviously IT IS NOT NORMAL. It was written on my invoice that my truck drives the same as other comparable F150 let me tell you if that was the case F series would not be the #1 best selling truck. So please can something be done with my concerns. Thank you More

I had to go to the person in charge to ask about my car He handed me the keys saying your car is done and said I forgot to inform.
