Committment to Customer Service I purchased a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan from Wes in Nov 2013. I told him what I need the van for and the things that the van need to have in the van. He took the time before I came in to see him to look at what was available on the lot. I liked the van so much that I decided I would like new. In May 2014 I traded in the 2010 for a 2014. Again Wes asked what I wanted in the van etc. I show dogs and do a lot of driving so comfort is important but also some other options that the Caravan offers. He found the van and took care of everything for me. He goes above and beyond what a sales man needs to and does what he can to make everything run smooth. No high pressured sales or pushy for a higher sale vehicle. Very respectful. More
