He got back to me within the hour and told me that there was 1 in Ontario and that they had bought it so that they could sell it to me. While the salespeople and management at the other dealerships I was talking to insisted that the van was not available with this combination of options I was signing the deal with Mark. I also got an outstanding price on the vehicle and a very fair value on my trade in. As a busy husband, father and business owner I very much appreciated the no nonsense approach.
