I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from Wendell dealership. I contacted the dealership through e-mail to get some prices and some options and I was immediatelly and very professioanally contacted, dealership. The person who contacted me was Carlo Renon and, in the end, 2 weeks from that moment, he was the person who handed me the keys. Carlo was extremely usefull and polite, he understood my needs and responded promptlly with the best option of a car. It was exactly the car I had in my mind. He helped me futher with understanding the financial options I had - as it was the 1st time I bought a new car, hepled me with the final sale, prepared my car for the delivery and handed me the key at the fixed delivery key. My experience with Carlo was not only professional, but he also gained my trust, and thus, my agreement to buy the car, through being very opened, friendly and polite. Found this dealership not willing to work with me. Would not do what I ask, ie. give me a copy of the proposed figures for me to review. I went to another dealership (Bustard Chrysler) and had the friends and family quote in my hands in 2 hours and completed the deal in 2 days. More
