All I can say is at Wendell's, they treat their clients as if they are family! I do not want to use the term "customer", as that is when you buy groceries at the store. Wendell's provides the care to meet the needs of their clients! I received a recall notice for my 2011 T&C, and right from the first phone call, things were flawless! Thinking I would need to make use of the shuttle service to get to work, I was advised on the phone that since I was coming in first thing in the morning, that they would be able to look at it right away. No problem there! When I pulled into the service reception bays, I was greeted by Mike Blake. Personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and definitely looking out for his client's needs! He asked if I would need the shuttle, and I advised him that I was told it would be looked at right away. His response: "No problem! It should take about a 1/2 hour!" Again, flawless! 15 minutes later, Mike was coming to get me to tell me my van was done and ready to go! Perfect! Starting with the Service Team, to the technicians who work on all the vehicles, I have yet to have a bad experience at Wendell's! Keep up the great work, and I will see you on my next regularly scheduled maintenance appointment! More

Karen and Jeannine are always cheerful and seem happy to see me when I go in for service. They greet you with a smile and hi no matter the weather or crusty person they may have just dealt with.I must also see me when I go in for service. As usual the service was great and Dona was even nice enough to drop me off first so I could get to work. We also had the pleasure ot meet with Steve Richards who was very helpful and went out of his way to say hello. Lisa Moore who processed the paperwork and stayed late the evening we commited to buying a vehicle (2013 Dodge Journey) which was helpful as we had a tight schedule and it would have been difficult to get back to complete. This was my first visit to Wendell, as I live out of town, and needed service to my vehicle. Jeannine Edwards was the first to greet me and set things up for my repair. After telling her what I needed, she gave me a quote and then arranged for a ride to work and a pick up at the end of my day. My whole experience was positive. The service was well done and I have my car back in working condition. I plan to continue to use Wendell for my maintainance needs as they arise. I believe that is the secret to keeping your vehicle in working order. More
