i recieved a quote from the parts dept for a new key fob however they failed to mention the extra "install" fee? I would expect when spending over $200 dollars for a key ordered specifically for my veh with however they failed to mention the extra "install" fee? I was shocked to find i needed to have the vehicle taen into service for the process and was charged labour, In addition it took almost an hour to get a new key for my vehicle. We went to Wendell because we had received an invitation in the mail for some promotion. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to work out a price that was going to cost us less than what we were paying for our 2006 Jeep Grande Cherokee. This was great news for us! Buying the Journey also came with a few free oil changes and a couple 1/2 off oil changes. Cynthia made the buying process very easy and fast. She was easy to get along with and very knowledgable.
