Once I decided on the car he introduced me to the next important person Jill Gilles, She looked after all my financing. Not only did she help with the financing, but found me the best rate. If I ever need a new or used car again, you be that I would in a heart beet for to Wendells. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that it only had a 1/4 tank of gas and no windshield wiper stuff. More

Prior to visiting Wendell motors we had visited many dealerships and spent considerable time researching and testing a lot of differ met Derek McKay. We were frustrated as we had not been able to find anything that met our needs. Derek was extremely helpful and patient spending hours with us helping us sort through our needs and matching them to a suitable vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a clear and concise manner and provided lots of additional valuable information. Never did we feel pressured. He suggested we test drive a Durango Citadel -a vehicle we had never considered. We loved it! It met all our needs. Negotiating a price was not the least bit stressful. Derek and Lee Douglas were respectful and fair during the negotiation process and we quickly agreed upon a price. Lisa Moore assisted us to complete the paper work related to the transaction, explaining additional options. Lisa was helpful and courteous making the final part of the purchase process quite pleasant. Upon pick-up, our vehicle was ready to go when we got there. We will definitely go back to Wendell Motors for future vehicle purchases and recommend them others. This was the 2nd vehicle we bought from Carlo. Even though our existing vehicle that we had bought through him was still relatively new, we wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle as we were expecting ch though our existing vehicle that we had bought through him was still relatively new, we wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle as we were expecting child number 3. We went into the dealership not knowing for sure if we were going to upgrade to a larger vehicle or not, but with Carlo's help, over weeks of answering questions, and helping us to find the vehicle we really liked and on a budget that fit, we decided to buy. The time had come for a family oriented mode of transport. We looked around at different dealerships, including Wendell's and came back for our used Grand Caravan. We were treated like a member of the Wendell family from the start of our experience; and are still feeling like a member of the family: which is truly a unique buying experience.
