There should be a higher number in the review headings than 5 for all the points from service to price . If the saying holds true : * they gave 110% out there on the floor from the sales team to the detailing of personalized items to make even a used car purchase feel like I just bought a new car * We explained to Wes what we needed in a vehicle and why and what our circumstances were and he instinctively knew what we were looking for. We drove the car and noticed a few wear items that needed attention and Wes notified the service team the items were looked after and true to his word even after the car was home anything Wes had stated during the purchase was looked at and made right . NO other dealership that I know or have dealt with has ever done this, not in a previously owned vehicle . After comparing some similar off shore products there was one last stop too make and that was to Wendell Chrysler Dodge . We only wanted to have a look , and we walked out buying the Dodge JOURNEY SE PLUS . The heading of quality of work , I would like to say one more thing. Some 10 plus years ago , I had Wendell repair a body damage due to an unfortunate incident with a cow trying too ram my truck, the repair is still as good as when I drove the truck of the lot over 22 years ago . There is still no rust or any perforation of any kind through any panel or fender anywhere on the repaired area or adjacent area. The truck is still in service today and with just under 400,000 kilometers on it. The Dodge Dakota has never let me down . Under the heading of quality of work I give a 10 .
