I approached Mike Blake in the Service dept. regarding the possible purchase of a new vehicle and he personally helped to explain which vehicle I should consider purchasing and arranged for me to meet wit the possible purchase of a new vehicle and he personally helped to explain which vehicle I should consider purchasing and arranged for me to meet with one of your highly regarded sales people, Wes Grosz. Wes took me out for a test drive in a 2013 Chrysler 200 and took the time to show me the various features unique to that particular vehicle. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received. After making my decision to purchase the above vehicle I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to get my new license plates from Service Ontario, along with the paperwork associated with this. The new plates were put on and I was able to drive away from the dealership without having to do anything further. I believe that Wendell Motors went beyond the call of duty in assisting me with this purchase. I have now driven this vehicle for over a week and I just love it. We were looking for a vehicle which would meet the needs of our family. Two adults, three Greyhounds and our luggage. Upon arriving at the dealership we were given a friendly greeting by the receptionist, Jessica. She called Wes over and we headed to his office. What we noticed right away was that Wes listened carefully to what we wanted. Safety, space, comfort and convenience topped our list. He made a few suggestions on trim levels and the reason we may want to consider them as opposed to going with a lower level and then adding options to get where we wanted to be. Absolutely no pressure, but valid suggestions. As my wife had never driven a van, Wes set us up with a demo and sent us on our way. When we arrived back at the dealership Wes had prepared a couple of quotes on different trim levels and again, no pressure, suggested that we look them over and he hoped that he would hear from us shortly. Clearly he believed in his product and competitive pricing. When we got home we looked at the quotes Wes had prepared along with what the various packages included. When we compared these to other makes it was clear that a Dodge Grand Caravan Crew Plus was the way to go. We called Wes back a couple of days later and firmed up on our purchase. The vehicle was ready for delivery as and when promised by the team at Wendell Motors. When we went in to pick up our van Wes gave us a quick tour of the dealership. One thing we liked was that he took the time to explain all of the features of our new van to BOTH of us. On the way out to check our van we were introduced to Sales Manager Steve Richards who thanked us for choosing Wendell Motors and hoped that we would enjoy our new vehicle. Based on the experience we had purchasing our new van we would not hesitate to recommend Wes Grosz and the folks at Wendell Motors to our friends if they are looking to purchase a Dodge or Chrysler product. I called Cynthia and asked her to keep an eye out for a used Dodge Caravan with Stow'n'go and captains chairs and rear heat. I gave her the mileage I was hoping for and a price I could afford.
