I went in to this dealership with another car picked out and ready to be purchased. After we went home, we discussed how much we liked Cynthia and pictured ourselves in the cars she showed us. We made up our mind we wanted a Jeep and went back a few days later to chat with Cynthia. She was able to show us a few options and always had a solution for all the hiccups we had(due to my current credit). I would buy a thousand cars from Cynthia in a heartbeat! From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was given a friendly reception by all. John Bird, the Chrysler rep, ( I didn't know it was a "Private Sale" day ) was very helpful re my questions about the Jo a friendly reception by all. Jessica the receptionist joined in our banter and make me feel relaxed. John then handed me off to Dave McLennan to get into the sale itself. Dave was easy going and straight forward. I liked his style and his knowledge of the vehicle. We test drove both the four and six cylinder models. Dave and I agreed... the six was the way to go. With lots of discounts on a year end model and some Chrysler bucks from John... that brought the value of my trade to an amount I could accept, Steve, the sales manager, ( he was easy to deal with, too ) made the deal.
