I needed a new car on short notice due to an accident. A friend of mine had just purchased a new van at Wendell's and recommended Carlo as a great person to deal with. She was so right. After checking the web site, I found a van I was interested in and called to book an appointment. The night before the appointment - Carlo called to let me know the vehicle had been sold but that he had another one in mind for me. I appreciated the fact that he called to let me know ahead of time, and was very impressed with his Customer Service, While at the appointment, another van caught my eye. Carlo immediately got the keys, showed me where the controls were and sent me off on my test drive. My previous car was also a Caravan, so it didn't take long for me to settle in and determine that this was my car. Greg and Carlo walked me through the negotiation and I was very satisfied with the end result. Jean assisted with the financing and explained the extended warranty, rustproofing and interior protection like the pro that she is! On pick up day, Carlo took the time to go over every control in the car....from the seat and window adjustment to the radio and the stow and go seats. I have never felt so confident driving a "new to me" car off the lot. On top of that, there was a bit of the side window panel that was sticking out from the car. Carlo brought out the Service Team, and they determined that since the car was still under the original warranty, they would contact Dodge and find out if it would still be covered...and it was!! I have bought 4 cars in my life - and have never been so pleased with a purchase as I am with this one. The selection was great - the staff friendly, helpful and dedicated to their Customers. I would recommend Carlo and Wendell Motors to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. You can't go wrong when you are dealing with the best! More

We came in to Wendell Motors to look at the Dodge Grand Caravan in person after researching online. After owning my first car for almost 12 years I knew it was time for a new one but was hesitant to get t Caravan in person after researching online. When my husband, son and I walked into Wendell Motors we were promptly greeted by Peter. He listened to what I had to say and showed the van I wanted to see. He was very helpful and answered the questions that we had. He found the perfect model to suit our needs and suggested a test drive. I hadn't driven a van since the one my parent's owned when I was a teenager. But Peter made me feel at ease and I fell in love with the van as soon as I drove it. We like having the option of 7 passenger seating or folding down the seats for extra storage capacity. With the amazing value package and all the additional features in our model we knew this was the vehicle for us. Lisa was great getting all the paperwork done and promptly contacting us with all the financing info. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new van. Derek made the whole purchasing experience stress free - there was no pressure and nothing was too much trouble for him - we felt that we had his complete attention when we were there. On the day we picked our new van up Derek went through all of the paperwork with us and answered all of our questions - he even took the trouble to explain the controls in the van. He told us that if we have any issues we can contact him directly and he will do all he can to help. He didn't look at me as a $ sign but a person. He patiently responded to my email communication, and asked all the relevant questions that would have helped me to get the best price and select the options that would have suited me the best. If I had a question about a technical issue and he didn't know the answer, he would have taken the time to ask their workshop people and get back to me with the correct answer. They are honest in dealing with their customers and they are not game players. They will go the extra miles to provide all the available information.
