Honest and Reliable I was basically set on purchasing a 2019 soul before setting foot into a Kia dealership so for me it was about finding the right place to take my busi I was basically set on purchasing a 2019 soul before setting foot into a Kia dealership so for me it was about finding the right place to take my business. I am not from St. Catharines so it was not my first stop (it was however my last). I went to my local Kia dealership with full intent of buying a soul that day if the price was right, however the salesman told me he could not match the price at Kia of St. Catharines. In fact the salesman at my local dealership told me "there is no way they can sell this car for that price, They are just trying to get you in the door. Once you get in the door they will hit you with all of the fees. If that is the price of their car take it and run.". When I got home later that night I made a call to Kia of St. Catharines and got a hold of Sam , he assured me that the price in their advertisement is exactly what I would see on my bill of sale. I went to the dealership the next day and purchased the car exactly as advertised and much cheaper than my local dealership. Unfortunately 15 days later i was hit head on by a driver that lost control of their car. The driver totaled my new car, but my girlfriend and I walked away with only bumps and bruises. I truly believe if I was in my old car I would not have walked away alive or without serious injury to say the least. My insurance company contacted the Kia dealership for my bill of sale to complete my claim and I was immediately contacted by Sam just to make sure we were okay. A week later we were back on the lot to purchase another new soul. After my first experience with the dealership I had no doubt in my mind that I would buy my new car here. I would like to thank Sam for providing outstanding customer service, for providing me all of the information I needed to feel comfortable about the sale and above all for being an honest salesman. I would also like to thank Shirley for taking the time to go over the finalization of the sale and all of the packages available to take care of my car. Shirley has extensive knowledge and experience and truly shows her integrity as a salesperson by standing by what she sells. Thank you Kia of St. Catharines! More

Kia St Catharines won over a new customer today! I had my Kia serviced at Kia St Catharines today, Will & Chris were good to deal with over the phone and at the counter. Mechanic Naji was great, he I had my Kia serviced at Kia St Catharines today, Will & Chris were good to deal with over the phone and at the counter. Mechanic Naji was great, he took the time to explain what happened with my O2 sensor and why it was failing. I had a longstanding issue my regular mechanic could not resolve. My issue is now resolved and I will be coming back to Kia St Catharines when I need my car serviced!! More

He let me take the vehicle for a test drive and meet my wife on lunch and found the perfect car. Shirley in Financial was just as tremendous. She made getting financing with the best rate anxiety and care free. Also the car was ready a head of schedule which made having a busy schedule even easier. Finally the staff that detailed and prepped the car were extremely nice and did a top notch job. The whole family at the dealership give 111%. More
